Long-term issuer rating — Moody's, S&P and Fitch — for large public companies across sectors that disclose one in their latest SEC 10-K. One row per company, grouped by sector, best-rated first.
| Company | Moody's | S&P | Fitch | Rating | Outlook |

Rating is the conservative median of the three agencies' long-term issuer grades, in S&P notation (rounds to the lower grade on an even split). Split outlook means the agencies disagree; a blank agency column (·) means that agency's grade wasn't stated. Only companies that print an assigned issuer grade in the 10-K itself are listed — some large issuers (e.g. Apple, Amazon, Wells Fargo, ExxonMobil, Visa) disclose ratings only in an incorporated-by-reference annual-report exhibit and aren't captured here; foreign filers (Form 20-F) and private companies are excluded. Grades parsed from each latest 10-K via edgartools and verified by parsing agents.
